Here’s a really quick recipe with Rose Petals (my favorite!) that leaves a lasting impression. Take an organic or pesticide free red rose & remove all the petals. Put on a microwave safe plate & nuke for 1 minute. Whirl in a food processor, blender or coffee grinder with 2 tablespoons of Himalayan Pink Salt, or any high quality sea salt.
The result is an aromatic soft rose pink finishing salt. Sprinkle on on almost any food, from chicken to chocolate, extending onto the plate for a splash of colorful drama & an ever so exotic flavor.
